Dr. David Henderson received his BS degree in Biology from Auburn University of Alabama and went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) at the University of Alabama Birmingham.

After Dr. Henderson received his DMD, he practiced Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry in Gallatin and Hendersonville, Tennessee before purchasing Selma Smiles in 1998.

Maintaining memberships in several organizations keeps Dr. Henderson up-to-date with new dentistry procedures and techniques. The list below includes some of the most important associations in the dentistry field.
